Recipe: Homemade Apple Sauce

Pick your favorate apples such as Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, or Winesaps. Wash and quarter the apples. Pressure cook 5 minutes with a little sea salt and just enough water to keep them from burning. Or if prepared in a saucepan, cook until soft. Strain soft apples through a food mill.
